The major sports currently being offered are:

• Volleyball (Girls Junior High & Girls Varsity) August - October
• Basketball (the above plus Boys Elementary, Junior High & Varsity) November - February
• Track (all the above except Boys Elementary - unless they wish to perform at the Junior High level) March - May
• Other sports are in the offering but it will require coaches, interest and facility access (i.e. soccer, softball). The age range is from elementary through High School and we accept participants at all skill levels.

Arizona Heat is a competitive team.
